- Cancellation terms: The guest has no right of withdrawal under Italian consumer protection legislation; however we allow the following conditions of cancellation: Up to no later than 40 days before the agreed date of arrival, you may cancel your booking in writing without having to pay a cancellation charge. If you cancel your stay at a later point in time, cancellation charges will apply as follows: 40-14 days 60%, less than 14 days 100% of the total price. In the event of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed price for the remaining days.

How can you pay? We accept credit and debit cards for stays of over 3 days..
- Local taxes: As of 1.1.2014 a local tourism tax of €1.70 per person per night has been levied for everyone over the age of 14 years. This tax is not included in the total price indicated and can only be paid locally.
